This is "go to" space in Oxford. Kelly and Dan are great hosts and their place is perfect for us. Great location. Nice accommodations. Comfortable space and nice amenities. We've stayed here 3 times in two different apartments. We will be back again.

#2 out of 8,674 times we plan to stay here. I wish we could live in this house! CLEAN, Comfortable and Beautiful. Great location to campus and a thousand thoughtful touches. Kelly your snack baskets are the bomb!!

When we arrived we were met with a very clean space, fast wifi, a basket of food and options to make hot chocolate/tea/coffee. Kroger is just around the corner and several local restaurants/hiking locations are within walking distance. Kelly made efforts to communicate with us on our check in and check out days to ask if we needed anything. It was much appreciated!

Beautiful quaint place within driving distance to town. Very close to campus. Loved how private it was and clean and all the extra amenities for my family.❤️

This place was amazing! Absolutely loved the entire suite. The cleanest space we have ever experienced. I guess to put it simply, we wanted for nothing. From now on, this will be our first choice!

Awesome accommodations to rest after traveling, or use as a 'home base' when hopping about the sites in the area. Clean, exquisitely comfortable and beautiful.

We have never stayed at a cleaner more comfortable place! They always go above and beyond our expectations. We woke up after an all night snow storm to find the walk way shoveled and salted to our car. So thoughtful!

This was a perfect place to stay when visiting Miami University with my daughter. Location could not be better. The house was great — very clean and comfortable, a very nice restoration of an 1896 landmark home. Communication was outstanding.

We had a wonderful weekend at Miami. The house is conveniently located and our rooms were spotless. Kelly was a great hostess and she made sure all of our needs were met. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful gem in Oxford, Ohio! Close enough to walk uptown or to the campus of Miami University. The hosts go above and beyond to assure your stay is perfect! Beautiful century home with all the modern amenities! Don’t bother with pricier hotels in the area… this is the spot for you! Don’t wait… book it now!

Where do I start? This place is amazing, and Kelly & Dan were phenomenal hosts! We loved: -The location (10 minute walk to uptown) -The check-in process (code access to front door and to individual suite) -The cleanliness -The space (very cool bathroom!) -The snacks and Keurig! -Plenty of parking -The prompt and clear communication We'll be back next time we're in Oxford!
